Ty was named Apogee's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company's board of directors in January 2021. Ty joined Apogee following over 20 years at 3M where he built a track record of success, leading change, driving growth, and strengthening the operational performance of several global business units. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of Transformation, Technologies and Services, where he worked to reshape 3M's efforts in process and digital transformation to further enable growth and productivity. Ty earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Brent was named President, Architectural Framing Systems in August 2019. He provides strategic, financial, and overall operational leadership for Apogee's framing systems businesses. Brent joined Apogee in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy. Prior to Apogee, he spent seven years at Valspar, where he held senior level positions in their General Industrial Americas and North America Wood Coatings divisions. Brent holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Nick joined Apogee as President of the Architectural Glass segment in 2021, where he is responsible for setting the strategy and driving performance of this business. Prior to joining Apogee, Nick was Chief Executive Officer for Harvey Building Products. Previously, he held functional and business leadership roles at Colfax Fluid Handling, Colfax ESAB, Rexnord Corporation and Danaher Corporation. Nick holds a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration (GSIA), Carnegie Mellon University; and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH.

Troy was named President of Apogee's Architectural Services segment (Harmon) in 2020. He joined Apogee in 2011, serving in several leadership roles in the company's Harmon business unit before being promoted to his current role. Under his leadership, Harmon has become one of the leading full-service curtainwall and glass installation companies in North America. Troy has more than two decades of experience in the glass and glazing industry after starting his career as an environmental engineer at Marathon Oil Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and attended the Minnesota Management Institute (MMI) program at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Jane is the President of Apogee's Large-Scale Optical segment, which operates under the brand name Tru Vue. Since she joined the company in 2006, Tru Vue has established itself as a recognized global leader and innovator in the framing and display market. Jane led the business through a successful strategic transformation focused on new product development and expansion into adjacent markets. Prior to joining Apogee, she was North American General Manager and Vice President of Marketing for Equal Sweetener (Merisant) for four years. Jane has an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University.

Nisheet joined Apogee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2020. Nisheet brings more than 20 years of experience as a finance leader. Prior to joining Apogee, he served as Vice President of Global Finance Operations at Land O'Lakes. Previously, Nisheet held various roles of increasing responsibility at Diebold Nixdorf. Nisheet brings a wealth of diverse experiences, having worked and lived in nine different countries over the course of his career. He holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School and London Business School; he is a Chartered Accountant and also a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.
